Tournament Finalists for 3 Storm Teams!
South Oxford Storm comes out with a BANG! This past weekend we had 3 teams participating in tournaments and all 3 teams made it to the Championship Game!
U11 Rep C - T.A. Thomson Electrical came home with the GOLD!
The team travelled to Essex this past week to attend the Essex Early bird tournament and claimed South Oxford's first tournament Victory! They went undefeated the entire weekend and with only 1 goal against.
Their unwavering dedication and teamwork propelled them to victory. Congratulations to our talented team whose passion and spirit set the stage for an exciting season.
U13 Rep C - Entec - SILVER MEDALISTS - Also attended the Essex Early bird tournament.
What an unforgettable weekend for the team. It’s clear that Coach Lance couldn't be prouder of what our squad accomplished. Winning the first five games was a remarkable achievement, and while they narrowly lost in overtime in the final, the effort and dedication they showed on the ice was nothing short of incredible.
Silver medal win for the boys! Hold your heads high team - we are all proud of you!!
U16 Rep A - BrokerLink - SILVER MEDALISTS- travelled to Belle River this past weekend for their first tournament of the season.
The boys had a great weekend. They scratched and clawed their way to the championship game. With a short bench due to injury and illness, the boys played very well only to come up short in the championship game.
This group of young men worked hard and the chemistry is coming together on and off the ice which makes the season look very promising for the team. Congratulations to the South Oxford U16 BrokerLink Storm on a very successful weekend.
