A message from the parents of the players:
The U13 Rep BB/C ENTEC team's unforgettable 2023-24 season was led by Head Coach Lance Haines. Thanks coach Lance! And also, thanks to Team Manager Tracy Vanderwerf who played a pivotal role, orchestrating logistical coordination and communication,
ensuring the team was always organized and ready to play.
Thanks to the Assistant Coaches Doug Holman, Craig Hantz, and Mark Peters, who graciously gave their time to support the team's development, accommodating practice times and game schedules, however early or late. Their collective efforts ensured that every
player was equipped for success both on and off the ice.
The season was marked by a series of intense matchups, including thrilling victories, hard-fought losses, and memorable moments that bonded the team.
A season highlight was the trip to Buffalo for the Thanksgiving Outdoor Classic, an experience that tested their skills and brought them closer as a team. The team's determination led them to a huge victory at the Taggart Memorial Tournament in Mooretown, demonstrating their growth and resilience.
They continued their impressive performance by reaching the finals in the Southern Counties OMHA Qualifier. They ended the season at the Aylmer Year End Rep tournament. They took on the East Elgin Attack and forced the game into OT, but ultimately took home Silver Medals. Even so, they showcased their heart and sportsmanship in the face of very tough competition. Well done boys, we're proud!

Looking back, what a season we’ve had! It's always a bit sad to see it wrap up, but hey, we're already buzzing about the challenges waiting for us all next year. Can't wait! That's a wrap.
