Opening the playoffs vs Dorchester
On Sunday night, the South Oxford U16 BrokerLink Storm opened the playoffs at home vs. Dorchester.

The boys were trying to continue their strong play from their last game and carry the momentum into the playoffs.  It didn't take long for the boys to get going when Eli North opened the scoring with Jeremy Stiles and Liam Nunn getting the assists on the goal.  Dorchester would tie the game eleven seconds later but that was all the scoring in the period.

In the second, the Dragons ran onto penalty trouble and the boys blew the game wide open scoring four times in the period.  Kellen Whetstone opened the scoring in the period with Liam Nunn getting the assist.  Less then a minute later, Braylon Jacques took a beauty shot from the point, hitting the post and going into the net. Ethan Kish had the helper on the goal.  Eli north would score his second of the game with Brock McDowell and the captain Cole Shoup being credited with the assists.  Shoup would then round out the scoring in the period with Jeremy Stiles getting the assist on the goal.

With the game well in hand, the boys went into shut down mode not allowing Dorchester many chances.   The boys would add two more in the period when Ryan Gregg would add to the lead with Ethan Kish and Jeremy Stiles getting the assists.  Jeremy Stiles would finish the scoring for the boys with Eli North and Kolten Winkworth getting the helpers.  Dorchester would score late but the game was well over by that point.

Jaxon Pinard was solid in net leading the boys to the 7-2 victory.  The South Oxford U16 BrokerLink Storm would play the following night at home vs. Strathroy.
